2.Product Parameter (Specification)

Manual control and automatic control both utilize 1/2 hp, TEFC motor which provides for a quiet and cool operation. This lightweight metering pump allows a 1000:1 turn down capability by using the MPC controller. The VFD automatic controller controls the pump speed and flow through a digital display. TheVFD uses digital (4 to 20 mA) inputs and outputs to monitor and control elements of the process.

The PVC model is ideal for pumping Sodium Hydroxide, Sulfuric acids in low concentrations, and Hyrdrochloric acids in low concentrations. Choose the stainless steel version for moving Acetic acids, and Lithium Cholrides.

5.Product Qualification

 signal input pin definiy

Pin 1 and pin 2 are respectively connected to the analog signal input terminal, which can be connected to 0~20mA current signal or 0~10VDC voltage signal. Among them, pin 1 is connected to the positive terminal of the signal, and pin 2 is connected to the negative terminal of the signal. The pin enables the system to support external analog signal input control;

Pin 3 and pin 5 are respectively connected to the signal input end of the passive dry contact. This pin enables the system to support the start/stop control of the pump in the external signal control mode;

Pin 6 and pin 7 are respectively connected to the signal input terminal of RS485 communication line, pin 6 is connected to RS485 A+ terminal, and pin 7 is connected to RS485 B-terminal. This pin enables the system to support RS485 communication control and Modbus communication protocol;
